Jillian Michaels To Leave Biggest Looser After Season 11
Jillian Michaels, one of the hard core trainers on the reality show Biggest Looser, has let the network know that she is ready to move on to new things. After the upcoming Season 11, which will reportedly be her last season, she will have been with the show for 11 seasons, and has earned a reputation for being TV’s meanest fitness trainer. Michaels has helped numerous contestants on the show change their lives in a positive and healthy way, from dieting, training, and fitness, to getting down to the core issues of their relationship to eating and food, and what is at the core of their inability to eat right.
Jillian has had a hugely successful career in fitness, and has written several books, produced multiple workout dvds, and fitness equipment packages. She is even the star of multiple Biggest Looser fitness video games. While the network certainly supports her decision, no one is happy to see her go, particularly Bob Harper, who has indicated that Michaels is his best friend, and that he will deeply miss working with her. Michaels has indicated that its time for her to consider starting a family and making a difference with issues that are important to her, such as getting PE back into schools.
