Reese Witherspoon Wears Pink on her Wedding Day

Reese Witherspoone tied the knot with entertainment agent Jim Toth in a March 26 ceremony, and new published wedding pictures reveal that she sported a pink wedding dress by Monique Lhuillier.

This is the Oscar-winning actress’s second wedding after marrying Ryan Philippe, with whom she had  two children, Ava and Deacon. The ceremony took place in her Ojai, California 1920s estate in a “Timeless California architecture, rustic materials and beautiful gardens,” that provided a storybook setting for the wedding, said a friend to People Magazine.

The Legally Blonde actress sported a blush-hued wedding dress by the French designer, which had a fitted corset bodice top, full A-line skirt, and sash, says the Daily Mail. The dress was also embellished with cascading  silk flowers which matched the custom Lhuillier dress that 11-year-old Ava wore as the maid of honor, adds People. She changed into another Lhuillier design for the reception, a short white silk party dress.

On his end, the groom Toth and 7-year-old son Deacon who was the ring bearer, both donned Rag & Bone suits, reports the Daily Mail. “It was always Reese and Jim and Ava and Deacon,’ a guest told America’s People magazine. “The kids were included in everything. It was very sweet…They were super excited to be part of their mom’s day.”

Witherspoone, 35 and Toth, 40 got engaged last December, and a source told People that the children liked Toth from the very beginning of their relationship, “He’s a grownup who’s really ready to take the next step… He’s a family-oriented guy, and that’s all she ever really wanted.” The source added, “He makes her laugh…She’s truly enjoying her life right now.”

The wedding was relatively small and included most friends and family, but also Hollywood A-listers, Scarlett Johansson with Sean Penn, Renee Zellwegger, Kate Hudson and Gwyneth Paltrow, reports the Daily Mail. “It was joyous,” said a guest. “It was such a relaxing, beautiful, soulful night. It was their kind of day.”
