Rumor has it that Reese Witherspoon will be marrying her agent, Jim Toth on Saturday at her Estate in Ojai, California, reports USA Today.

According to Radaronline, the ceremony will take place in front of a 100 close family and friends amidst cactus and greenery. The multi-million dollar wedding was put together by celebrity planner Yifat Oren, who also coordinated Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen’s wedding. As for the décor, a source told Radar online, that, “Candles and flowers will be everywhere, in white and pastels,” and added, “It’s not going to be a traditional and big Hollywood wedding… intimate, private and quiet with only Reese and Jim’s close friends and family.”

“It is healthy when you get to a point where the wedding will be about the couple and not inviting the who’s who of Hollywood,” explains Cooper Lawrence, relationship expert and radio personality  to Popeater, “Reese doesn’t have to be politically correct; she only has to be happy.”

“Legally Blond” star, Reese Witherspoon split from former husband, actor Ryan Philippe four years ago and shares custody of their two kids, daughter Ava, 11 and son Deacon, 7 with him. She celebrated her 35^th birthday party on Tuesday with her family, and a source told People that the soon to be wed couple “seemed very in love and happy at dinner.”

“Reese has a huge career, kids to care for, and this isn’t her first trip to the altar,” says life and dating Coach Tracey Steinberg to Popeater. “Planning a big fat wedding is a huge time and energy suck, and she doesn’t need that additional stress in her life.
