Shania Twain, sweetheart of country music sweetheart and super star, tied the knot on New Year’s Eve with Frederic Thiebaud after getting engaged just a few weeks ago.  The ceremony was picturesque at sunset in Rincon, Puerto Rico.  Forty of the couple’s family and friends were present for the ceremony, and were treated to a fireworks show following the wedding.  The couple are clearly extremely happy, and have been romantically involved since 2009.

The really interesting part of the love story here is that Twain and Thiebaud became close after their spouses had an affair with each other, breaking up both marriages.  The couple found comfort from a special friendship, which over time, developed into a romantic relationship. Twain was simply stunning in her white, full length gown, while the groom sported a white tuxedo.
