Oscar winning actress and former American Idol contestant admitted that her fiancé was still “adjusting” to her new slim figure.

The 29-year-old who released her new album last week, ‘I Remember Me’ said, went on Jay Leno  on Friday and he asked her, “So you look great, you lost the weight of a Justin Bieber…What does your fiancé think, does he like the new svelte you?’ asked Leno the star, who is also a Weight Watchers Spokeswoman, according to the Daily Mail.

She answered, “I lost more than a Justin Bieber…What’s he weigh? 60lbs? I lost 80lbs…He’s getting adjusted to it.” Referring to her fiancé, David Otunga who played Punk in the VH1 reality show, ‘I Love New York 2’ and with whom me she has a 19-month old son, David Jr.,

She added according to US Magazine that he didn’t like her new flashy outfits. “He’s not really into change that much so he fusses at me like, ‘Why do you have to have to get all dressed up to go out and why can’t you just go out like you used to?’ And I’m like “I’m a walking billboard now honey”, she added.

Hudson released her new album last week after unveiling her lead single ‘Where You At?’ She says that “I Remember Me” is much more personal than her first and draws on her experiences of the past tumultuous three years during which she had a baby, got engaged, dropped 80 pounds, and lost her brother, mother and nephew in a tragic murder, says Popeater.

She talked to MTV about the inspiration behind the new album, and said, “Oh my God! It’s like a new me. It’s like a new introduction of myself — for myself and to others as well — in every way, from image to music to everything.” “And it’s like, in a way, for me, I’m rediscovering myself at the same time. I like the old me too … if I could just marry the two together, then I feel like I’m in good shape,” she added.
